Prices for products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS & BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information for all purchases.

 

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy:

  • Ready orders: 1–2 business days
  • Custom orders: 15–20 business days
  • Delivery: 3–7 working days depending on location

Aurakriti is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors.

 

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Reverse shipping fee: ₹100

Refunds:

  • Prepaid: Original payment method
  • COD: Store credit (valid 6 months)

Aurakriti reserves the right to approve or reject requests after inspection.

 

SECTION 8 – DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video is mandatory

Approved cases will receive:

  • Free replacement OR
  • Full refund

 

SECTION 9 – PAYMENT TERMS

We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD.

  • COD charge: ₹95
  • COD not available on custom orders or orders above ₹5,000

All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant gateways.

 

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party tools (payment gateways, logistics, analytics). We are not responsible for their policies or performance.

 

SECTION 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site:
