Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options on www.aurakriti.com:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, etc.)
- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select orders within India (₹95 COD charge applicable).
COD Restrictions
Cash on Delivery is not available in the following cases:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Orders above ₹5,000
- Any address that is unserviceable by our courier partners
For these orders, we request customers to opt for prepaid methods to ensure smooth delivery.
Safe & Secure Payments
Your payment details are processed via 100% secure and RBI-compliant gateways, ensuring encryption and complete privacy. We never store your card or UPI details.
Refunds on Payment Failures
- If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, it is usually auto-refunded within 5–7 working days by your bank.
- For cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch), refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Invoice & GST
A tax invoice is shared with every order.
Need a GST invoice? Simply enter your GSTIN at checkout or email us post-purchase.
