🛍 Orders & Shipping
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–7 days depending on your location.
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment. All orders must be prepaid.
Q. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working on taking Aurakriti global soon!
💎 Product & Purity
Q. Are your products made of real silver?
Yes! We use authentic 92.5 sterling silver, and the purity is clearly mentioned on every product page.
Q. Can I get the purity tested?
Of course. You’re welcome to get it tested at any certified jewelry lab. We recommend XRF or Fire Assay Testing. Transparency is our foundation.
Q. Are your products hallmarked?
Most of our silver jewelry is hallmarked where applicable, and we are working to expand certified hallmarking across all pieces.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q. What is your return policy?
We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
A handling & reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
Q. How will I receive my refund?
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunded as Aurakriti Wallet Balance (valid for 6 months).
Q. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos. We’ll arrange a free pickup and replacement or a full refund.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (on select orders).
Q. My payment failed. What should I do?
If money was deducted, it’s usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. For help, reach us at care@aurakriti.com.
Q. What is the Aurakriti Wallet?
Refunds for COD orders are credited to your Aurakriti Wallet — valid for 6 months. You can use it at checkout like a gift card.
Q. Do you offer warranty on products?
Aurakriti silver jewels are hallmarked and certified for purity. We do not offer separate lifetime warranties, but our Buyback and Care Program ensures that you can always return your jewelry for value or refurbishing at any time."
