Return & Exchange Policy
At Aurakriti, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. While we strive to deliver a flawless experience, we understand that in certain cases, a return or exchange may be required. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and seamless.
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- The item should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Initiate a Request
- Email us at care@aurakriti.com within 3 days of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup arrangements
Unboxing Requirement (Important)
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted
Returns
- Returns are accepted under the eligibility criteria mentioned above
- A ₹100 reverse shipping & handling fee will be applicable
- Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as Aurakriti Store Credit, valid for 6 months
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality check
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for:
- The same product (size/variant change), OR
- Any other product of equal or higher value
- A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will apply
- Exchange is allowed once per order only
Damaged / Incorrect Products
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video and clear images/videos
- After verification:
- Free pickup will be arranged
- Replacement or full refund will be provided (no additional charges)
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or special-order products
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
Approval & Quality Check
- All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval
- Aurakriti reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet our policy criteria
Repeat Requests
- Aurakriti reserves the right to decline or apply additional charges for repeated return/exchange requests from the same customer
Purity Assurance
All product details, including material and purity, are clearly mentioned. Customers may independently verify authenticity through trusted sources if desired.
