Dispatch Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-Made Orders: Dispatched within 15–20 business days, as each piece is crafted specially for you.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your PIN code and courier partner performance.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹95 COD fee applicable
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we try our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to:

- Service unavailability in remote PIN codes
If your area becomes temporarily unserviceable, we’ll reach out to offer alternatives or a full refund.
International Shipping
